/KASE, January 29, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (KASE ticker – HSBK) dated January 19, 2026, M. Khassin was elected Deputy Chairman of the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change introduced, the Management Board of Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC consists of nine people.
