• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 2,096,038,900 units, preferred shares - 3,000,000 units;
• 20,960,389 common shares of the bank are outstanding, preferred shares have not been offered;
• the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is EURASIAN FINANCIAL COMPANY JSC.
