• the total number of authorized common shares of the company makes up 10,922,876 units, preferred shares - 1,213,653 units;
• all authorized shares of the company are outstanding;
• the company bought back 216,852 common shares and 914,868 preferred shares;
• the sole person holding shares of the company in the number of 10 or more percent of the total number of the company outstanding shares is JSC "Sovereign Wealth Fund "Samruk-Kazyna" , owning 8,655,561 common shares of the company (71.32 % of the total number of the company outstanding shares or 80.85 % of the total number of the company outstanding common shares).
