/KASE, January 27, 2026/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in the following bonds of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP has been suspended on KASE, effective January 27, 2026:

1) KZ2P00014244 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFAFb9);

2) KZ2P00014996 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFAFb10);

3) KZ2P00015589 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFAFb11);

4) KZ2P00015670 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFAFb12);

5) KZ2P00015886 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", MFAFb13).

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 1) of item 1 of Article 13 of the KASE internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" in connection with the decision of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market dated January 26, 2026 to suspend the license of Microfinance Organization aFinance LLP to carry out microfinance activities for a period of three months.
