• the total number of authorized common shares of the bank makes up 2,145,959 units;
• 2,117,340 common shares of the bank are outstanding;
• the sole Bank'S shareholder and the only person holding five or more percent of total outstanding shares of the bank is JSC "NIH "Baiterek".
