/KASE, January 23, 2026/ – On January 22, 2026, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2C00016970 (STDIb1; $100, $5.0 mln; 3 years; floating quarterly coupon – Secured Overnight Financing Rate + fixed margin 3 %; 30/360) of Investment Company Standard JSC (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of January 23, 2026.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
