/KASE, January 21, 2026/ – By decision of the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) dated January 15, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Management Board:

• excluded: A. Beken;
• elected: B. Mukazhanov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Management Board of Transtelecom JSC consists of five persons.
