/KASE, January 20, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) (KASE ticker – HCBN) dated January 19, 2026, Zdeněk Foukal was excluded from the bank's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB of Forte Bank JSC) consists of five people.
