/KASE, January 16, 2026/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of ForteBank JSC (KASE ticker – ASBN) dated January 16, 2026, the following changes were made to the composition of the bank's Management Board:

• excluded: Y. Tashenov, N. Zharkinbaev;
• elected: Foukal Zdenek.

Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of ForteBank JSC consists of seven people.
