/KASE, January 14, 2026/ – On January 13, 2026, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Leasing Group JSC (Almaty) in the "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2C00016640 (LZGRb12; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.5 bn; 180 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00016657 (LZGRb13; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.5 bn; 90 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360);

3) KZ2C00016707 (LZGRb14; $1,000, $5.0 mln; 90 days; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360);

4) KZ2C00016731 (LZGRb15; $1,000, $10.0 mln; 360 days; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering auction; 30/360).

This decision of the Management Board is effective as of January 15, 2026.
