/KASE, January 5, 2026/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of AK Altynalmas JSC (KASE ticker – ALMS) dated December 25, 2025, D. Orazaev was elected as a member of the company's Board of Directors.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of AK Altynalmas JSC consists of five persons.
