/KASE, December 31, 2025/ – On December 29, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Birinshi Lombard LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00016397 (MFBLb8; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 5 years; quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00016405 (MFBLb9; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 5 years, quarterly coupon, 21.00 % per annum; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00016413 (MFBLb10; KZT 1,000, KZT 1.0 bn; 2 years, quarterly coupon, 23.00 % per annum; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of December 31, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

These bond issues are the fourth, fifth and sixth under the second bond program of Birinshi Lombard LLP, registered on January 14, 2025, in the amount of KZT 10.0 bn.
