/KASE, December 31, 2025/ – On December 29, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00016744 (CLSGb15; KZT 1,000, KZT 2.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement auction; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00016751 (CLSGb16; KZT 1,000, KZT 3.0 bn; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond placement auction; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of December 31, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
