KazTransOil JSC announces changes to tariffs for services of oil transportation via main pipelines from January 1, 2026

KazTransOil JSC announces that the order of the Chairperson of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 25, 2025, No. 118-OD, has approved in a simplified manner the tariffs and tariff estimates for certain regulated services of oil transportation via main pipelines to the domestic market of the Republic of Kazakhstan, for which the Company acts as a low-capacity entity.

In addition, the joint order of the Vice-Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 10, 2025, No. 484-НҚ and the Chairperson of the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 4, 2025, No. 106-ОД, approved an adjustment to the Company's investment program for 2025 in the amount of 18.9 bln tenge, a decrease of 25.3 bln tenge.
In this regard, in accordance with paragraph 614 of the Tariff Formation Rules approved by order No. 90 of the Minister of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 19, 2019, the Committee for Regulation of Natural Monopolies of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan on December 22, 2025, agreed to reduce the tariff for the regulated service of oil pumping through the main pipeline system of KazTransOil JSC. From January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, the tariff will be 4,963.25 tenge per 1 ton (excluding VAT), a decrease of 1,814.51 tenge or 26.77%.
