/KASE, December 26, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 26, 2025, KASE suspends trading of the following ETFs in repo operations in trading modes with participation of the central counterparty:

1) US46137V1420 (KASE Global sector, PHO_KZ) of Invesco Water Resources ETF, which settlement date falls on March 23, 2026, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on March 26, 2026;

2) US37954Y7159 (KASE Global sector, BOTZ_KZ) of Global X Robotics & Artificial Intelligence ETF, which settlement date falls on December 30, 2025, and subsequent dates; the trading will resume on January 5, 2026.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 12) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to KASE having the information on closing of the register for payment of dividends on the specified securities.
