/KASE, December 25, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that from December 25, 2025, KASE resumes trading of the following international bonds of National Company KazMunayGas JSC:

1) XS1595714087, US48667QAP00 (KASE's main market, bonds category, KMGZe12);

2) XS1807299331, US48667QAS49 (KASE's main market, bonds category, KMGZe15).

Trading in the specified bonds has been resumed due to completion of the procedure for partial early repurchase of the specified bonds.

Trading in the specified bonds was suspended on KASE from December 26, 2025.
