Halyk Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (hereinafter, the Bank) reports completion of paying the dividends on the Bank's common shares (ISIN KZ000A0LE0S4) for 2024 in the amount of 21.00 tenge per common share in accordance with the decision taken at the extraordinary general meeting of the Bank shareholders by absentee voting without holding a session of general meeting of shareholders (minutes No. 53 dated September 22, 2025).

The amount of dividends on the Bank's common shares payable according to the list of shareholders entitled to receive dividends as of the beginning of the date (00:00) on September 23, 2025 (Almaty time) was 229,193,967,765.00 tenge, including 63,679,290,360.00 tenge on global depository receipts which underlying asset is the Bank's issued common shares.

The amount of dividends actually paid to the Bank's shareholders who have current bank details for payment of dividends in the Bank or in the system of registers of securities holders, or in the nominal holding accounting system, in accordance with requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan's legislation, from September 25, 2025 (the start date of dividend payment) to December 21, 2025, inclusive, amounted to 228,624,596,739.00 tenge, including 63,679,290,360.00 tenge on global depositary receipts which underlying asset is the Bank's issued common shares.

Accrued but unpaid dividends due to lack of current shareholders' bank details in the total amount of 569,370,543.00 tenge were transferred by the Bank on December 23, 2025, to an account opened with Central Securities Depository JSC (hereinafter, the Central Depository) to record the unclaimed funds, in accordance with requirements of the Republic of Kazakhstan's Law "On joint- stock companies".
