/KASE, December 24, 2025/ – On December 22, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include into the KASE's official list in the Private Placement market the bonds KZ2C00016608 (IDFRpp4; 1,000 yuan, 1.0 bln yuan; 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; actual/365) of Industrial Development Fund JSC (Astana).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 24, 2025.
