/KASE, December 24, 2025/ – On December 22, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Capital Leasing Group LLP (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the bonds category of the alternative market:

1) KZ2P00016488 (CLSGb10; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 bln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00016504 (CLSGb11; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 bln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00016512 (CLSGb12; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 bln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

4) KZ2P00016520 (CLSGb13; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 bln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360);

5) KZ2P00016538 (CLSGb14; 1,000 tenge, 5.0 bln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 24, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of these bonds are the second to sixth within the second bond program of Capital Leasing Group LLP, registered on November 26, 2025, in the amount of 50.0 bln tenge.
