We hereby inform you that the international rating agency Fitch Ratings has confirmed the credit ratings of Home Credit Bank JSC (SB Forte Bank JSC) at BB- with the stable outlook. The decision was made following completion of the deal to acquire a controlling stake in the bank by ForteBank JSC.
