/KASE, December 24, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) notifies that trading in the following bonds has been suspended on KASE from December 24, 2025:

• KZ2C00005700 (KASE's main market, bonds category, NRBNb13);
• KZ2C00005734 (KASE's main market, bonds category, NRBNb14).

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 1) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to decision of the Board of Directors of Nurbank JSC dated December 11, 2025, to cancel the issue of the specified bonds.
