KazTransOil JSC and PERN JSC signed a cooperation agreement

On December 23, 2025, in Warsaw, KazTransOil JSC and PERN JSC signed a cooperation agreement regulating the issues of accepting and delivering the oil at the PERN base at the Adamova Zastava point in the Republic of Poland.
The document defines the procedure for interaction between the parties during operations of acceptance, delivery and accounting of oil, including regulation of technological procedures, document flow and the distribution of functions and responsibility between the process participants. This agreement comes into force on January 1, 2026.
Cooperation with PERN JSC, the operator of the Polish pipeline system, is of strategic importance for ensuring the stable transit of Kazakh oil towards Germany and for establishing the effective interaction between main oil pipeline operators along the entire transportation route, starting from the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
KazTransOil JSC, the Republic of Kazakhstan's national operator of the main oil pipeline, continues its systematic work to ensure national interests in transportation of oil to domestic and foreign markets.
