/KASE, December 23, 2025/ – On December 22, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the bonds category of the main market:

• KZ2C00016459 (MFOKb32; 1,000 tenge, 7.0 bln tenge; 2 years; floating monthly coupon, 23.00% per annum in the first coupon period; 30/360);
• KZ2C00016467 (MFOKb33; 1,000 tenge, 7.0 bln tenge; 2 years; floating monthly coupon, 23.00% per annum in the first coupon period; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 23, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of the specified bonds are the fifth and sixth under the fourth bond program of MFO OnlineKazFinance JSC, registered on August 28, 2025, in the amount of 50.0 bln tenge.
