/KASE, December 23, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) reports that from December 23, 2025, KASE suspends trading of international bonds XS3015676425 (sector "securities of international financial organizations", ASDBe20) of Asian Development Bank.

Trading is suspended in accordance with subparagraph 10) of paragraph 1 of Article 13 of the KASE's internal document "Rules of exchange activities" due to partial early repurchase of the specified bonds on March 18, 2026, in accordance with conditions of the issue prospectus.
