/KASE, December 19, 2025/ – On December 17, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include into KASE's official list in bonds category of the alternative market the bonds KZ2P00015043 (SMKFb1; 1,000 tenge; 7.0 bln tenge; 5 years 9 months; monthly coupon, 20.00% per annum; 30/360) of Special Financial Company SMK FF-2 LLP (Almaty).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 19, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the first under the first bond program of Special Financial Company SMK FF-2 LLP, registered on August 19, 2025, in the amount of 100.0 bln tenge.

The financial consultant of the Special Financial Company SMK FF-2 LLP is Freedom Finance JSC.

The main activity of Special Financial Company SMK FF-2 LLP is provision of financial services, except for insurance and pension provision.
