From December 18, bonds KZ2P00015654 (MFSFb5) of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP and KZ2P00016330 (NCOMb9) of Fincraft Group LLP will be transferred to trading in clean prices
/KASE, December 17, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that from December 18, 2025, the following bonds will be transferred to trading in clean prices:
- KZ2P00015654 (KASE's alternative market, bonds category, MFSFb5; $100, $3.0 mln; 12.12.25 – 12.12.28; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360) of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP;
- KZ2P00016330 (KASE's alternative market, commercial bonds category, NCOMb9; $100, $10.0 mln; 12.12.25 – 12.12.28; monthly coupon, 11.00% per annum; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP.
The accuracy of quoting the specified bonds in the KASE's trading system is set to the fourth decimal place of the clean price of a bond, expressed as percentage of par, the quotation currency is the US dollar.
