On December 10, 2025, the Board of Directors of KazTransOil JSC decided to establish a branch of the Company in the Republic of Poland – the first representative office of the company in the European Union.

Opening of the branch is aimed at protecting the interests of KazTransOil JSC in Poland and participation in organization of the Kazakh oil transportation through the pipeline systems of other countries, including transit through the territory of the Republic of Belarus, as well as conducting the metering operations during receipt and delivery of Kazakh oil at the Adamova Zastava point for subsequent delivery to European countries.

Implementation of this project is of strategic importance in the context of ensuring stable supplies of Kazakh oil to Germany, including to the oil refinery in Schwedt, and is part of the Company's priority tasks. Opening of the branch will facilitate further development of international alternative routes for transporting the Kazakh oil, increasing the reliability of supplies and strengthening the Kazakhstan's position in the global energy market.
