/KASE, December 17, 2025/ – Decision of the Board of Directors of AK Altynalmas JSC (KASE ticker – ALMS) dated December 9, 2025, has changed the composition of the company's Management Board:

• D. Orazayev was excluded from January 1, 2026;
• R. Serikbai was elected from January 5, 2026.

Taking into account the changes, the Management Board of AK Altynalmas JSC consists of five people.
