/KASE, December 15, 2025/ – Today, the trading system of the Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) hosted a special trading session for placement of two issues of bonds of local executive bodies:

After the special trading session, the following bonds were placed:

1) KZMJ00002871 (ZKK022_287; 1,000 tenge, 1,572,768,000 tenge; 12.15.25 – 10.15.27; semi-annual coupon, 8.99% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of West Kazakhstan region totaling 1,6 bln tenge;

2) KZMJ00002889 (KSK022_288; 1,000 tenge, 826,387,000 tenge; 12.15.25 – 10.15.27; semi-annual coupon, 8.99% per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Kostanay region totaling 0,8 bln tenge.

The specified bonds were issued for the purposes of financing the construction and/or acquisition and buy-out of housing and/or apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
