/KASE, December 15, 2025/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Transtelecom JSC (KASE ticker – TCOM) dated December 11, 2025, the composition of the company's Board of Directors was changed:

• excluded: D. Pokupatelev, V. Anikhovsky;
• elected: T. Iskakov, Kukelis Kaspars, N. Aryngaziнev, B. Otemurat, S. Abdildin.

Taking into account the changes, the Board of Directors of Transtelecom JSC consists of seven people.
