/KASE, December 12, 2025/ – On December 9, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of Intergas Central Asia JSC (Astana) into the KASE's official list on the Private Placement market:

1) KZ2C00016350 (INCApp22; 1,000 tenge, 6.0 bln tenge; 8 years 7 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined on the bond placement date - base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1%; 30/360);

2) KZ2C00016384 (INCApp23; 1,000 tenge, 7.0 bln tenge; 8 years 7 months; semi-annual coupon, will be determined on the bond placement date - base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan + fixed margin of 1%; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 12, 2025.
