/KASE, December 12, 2025/ – By decision of the Issuer Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), from December 12, 2025, Koktem-Audit Firm LLP is reinstated on the list of audit organizations recognized by KASE at the second level.

The decision was made in connection with elimination of non-compliance with the requirement established by subparagraph 2) of paragraph 5 of Article 7 of the Regulations on the Issuer Audit Committee of the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange JSC, according to which an audit organization must have confirmation of the audit organization's compliance with ISAs and the Code of Ethics of the International Federation of Accountants with "excellent" or "good" rating based on results of external control of the quality of audit activities performed by professional Council.
