/KASE, December 10, 2025/ – On December 9, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the bonds KZ2C00016434 (TMJLpp5; 1,000 tenge; 42,325,904,000.00 tenge; 20 years; annual coupon, 9.37% per annum; 30/360) of National Company Kazakhstan Temir Zholy JSC (Astana) into the KASE's official list on the Private Placement market.

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 10, 2025.
