/KASE, December 9, 2025/ – On December 9, 2025, the Listing Commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include into the KASE's official list in the bonds category of the main market the bonds KZ2C00016426 (MFKMb8; 1,000 tenge, 20.0 bln tenge; 3 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined after the first completed bond placement trading in the amount of the base rate of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan in effect at the time of issue, plus up to 3.00% per annum; 30/360) of KMF Bank JSC (Almaty).

This decision of the Listing Commission enters into force on December 9, 2025.

Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issue of the specified bonds is the first under the first bond program of KMF Bank JSC, registered on December 2, 2025, in the amount of 25.0 bln tenge.
