From December 4, bonds KZ2P00016256 (MFSFb7) and KZ2P00016272 (MFSFb8) of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP are included in KASE's official list in commercial bonds category of the alternative market
/KASE, December 4, 2025/ – On December 4, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) made a decision to include the following bonds of MFO Smartolet Finance LLP (Almaty) into the KASE's official list in the commercial bonds category of the alternative market:
- KZ2P00016256 (MFSFb7; 1,000 tenge, 1.0 bln tenge; 360 days; monthly coupon, 23.00% per annum; 30/360);
- KZ2P00016272 (MFSFb8; 1,000 tenge, $2.0 mln; 360 days; monthly coupon, 12.00% per annum; 30/360).
This decision of the Management Board enters into force on December 4, 2025.
Opening of trading in the specified bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.
