/KASE, December 8, 2025/ – On December 4, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's main market:

• KZ2C00016095 (BRKZb47; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 10 years, floating semi- annual coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin amount will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; actual/365);
• KZ2C00016103 (BRKZb48; KZT 1,000, KZT 50.0 bn; 10 years, floating semi- annual coupon – TONIA Compounded + fixed margin, the margin amount will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; actual/365).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on December 8, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

These bond issues are the third and fourth under the framework of the ninth bond program of Development Bank of Kazakhstan JSC, registered on March 20, 2023, in the amount of KZT 150.0 bn.
