/KASE, December 8, 2025/ – On December 4, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of Bank CenterCredit JSC (Almaty) in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list:

• KZ2C00016202 (CCBNpp 3; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn, 3 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360);
• KZ2C00016210 (CCBNpp4; KZT 1,000, KZT 100.0 bn, 5 years; semi-annual coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on December 8, 2025.
