/KASE, December 8, 2025/ – On December 4, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include the following bonds of MFO "R-Finance" LLP (Astana) in the "bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market:

1) KZ2P00016173 (MFRFb25; KZT 1,000; KZT 5.0 bn; 2 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first succesful bond offering; 30/360);

2) KZ2P00016306 (MFRFb26; KZT 1,000; KZT 6.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first succesful bond offering; 30/360);

3) KZ2P00016314 (MFRFb27; KZT 1,000; KZT 5.0 bn; 3 years; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first succesful bond offering; 30/360).

This decision of the Listing commission comes into effect on December 8, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The issues of these bonds are the fourth, fifth and sixth under the second bond program of MFO "R-Finance" LLP, registered on July 4, 2025, in the amount of KZT 30.0 bn.
