The international rating agency Sustainable Fitch has upgraded the ESG rating of National management holding "Baiterek" JSC to level "2" from "3", with an overall score of 65 out of 100 (previously – 59). This reflects the Holding's consistent efforts to implement ESG principles and increase the transparency of its operations in line with international standards.

The agency noted a significant improvement in environmental disclosure. For the first time, the Holding presented data on greenhouse gas emissions in three categories – Scope 1, 2, and 3 – for the entire group of companies.

The Holding's subsidiaries continued to actively finance green projects. The agency emphasized that the Group's activities have a positive social impact and play a significant role in supporting Kazakhstan's socioeconomic development.
