/KASE, December 8, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that trading in bonds KZ2C00012193 (KASE alternative market, category "commercial bonds", LZGRb9) of Leasing Group JSC has been suspended on KASE since December 8, 2025.

Trading has been suspended in accordance with subitem 13) of item 1 of Article 13 of KASE internal document "Rules for execution of exchange activities" following the decision of the general meeting of holders of the specified bonds dated December 4, 2025, to amend the information on the issue of bonds.
