/KASE, December 8, 2025/ – Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) announces that as of December 8, 2025, bonds KZ2P00008832 ("private placement" market, NCOMpp1; $1,000, $100.0 mln; 08.12.22 – 08.12.25; semi-annual coupon, 10.50 % per annum; 30/360) of Fincraft Group LLP are delisted from KASE due to reaching maturity.

The specified bonds had been in the "Private placement" market of KASE official list since September 30, 2022.
