/KASE, December 5, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC (KASE ticker – ASKQ) dated November 27, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Baitenova;
• elected: A. Raspopov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of ALTYN SAMRUK QAZAQSTAN JSC consists of three persons.
