/KASE, December 3, 2025/ – By a decision of the Board of Directors of SWF Samruk-Kazyna JSC (KASE ticker – SKKZ) dated November 14, 2025, A.E. Ospanov was elected as a member of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Management Board of SWF Samruk- Kazyna JSC consists of seven people.
