/KASE, December 3, 2025/ – On December 2, 2025, the Management Board of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00016264 (GLLKb1; KZT 1,000 tenge, KZT 500.0 mln; 12 months; monthly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful trades for bond offering; 30/360) of Garanti Leasing LLP (Astana) in "commercial bonds" category of KASE official list's alternative market, effective December 3.

This decision of the Management Board will come into effect on December 3, 2025.

The opening of trading in these bonds on KASE will be announced additionally.

The main activity of Garanti Leasing LLP is leasing.
