On November 28, 2025, the international rating agency S&P Global Ratings upgraded the credit rating of KazTransOil JSC to "BBB-", with a stable outlook.

KazTransOil JSC's rating corresponds to the rating of the parent company JSC NC KazMunayGas, as well as the sovereign rating of the Republic of Kazakhstan ("BBB-").

S&P Global Ratings notes that the decision to upgrade the rating is due to the low debt burden of KazTransOil JSC, the company's ability to generate stable free cash flow, as well as the strategic importance of KazTransOil JSC for the government of Kazakhstan as a national operator of main oil pipelines.
