/KASE, November 27, 2025/ – A special trading session for the placement of two issues of bonds of local executive bodies took place in the trading system of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) today:

Following the results of the special trading session, the following bonds were placed:

• KZMJ00002418 (KGK024_241; KZT 1,000, KZT 4,967,292,000; 20.08.25 – 20.08.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qaraghandy region for KZT 3.2 bn;
• KZMJ00002160 (KOK024_216; KZT 1,000, KZT 10,484,345,000; 14.05.25 – 14.05.27; semi-annual coupon, 0.35 % per annum; 30/360) of the local executive body of Qyzylorda region for KZT 2.6 bn.

The specified bonds were issued for the purpose of financing the construction and (or) acquisition, redemption of housing and (or) apartments in shared participation projects in housing construction.
