/KASE, November 25, 2025/ – By a decision of the sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC (KASE ticker – KFUS) dated November 20, 2025, A. Zhakibayev was elected First Deputy Chairman of the company's Management Board.

Taking into account the change made, the Board of Directors of Kazakhstan Sustainability Fund JSC consists of six persons.
