/KASE, November 24, 2025/ – By decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Kcell JSC (KASE ticker – KCEL) dated November 14, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Indykbaev;
• elected: A. Kairov.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Kcell JSC consists of seven persons.
