/KASE, November 24, 2025/ – By a decision of the general meeting of shareholders of Dosjan temir joly JSC (KASE ticker – DTJL) dated November 18, 2025, the following changes were made to the composition of the company's Board of Directors:

• removed: A. Massalimov;
• elected: A. Ties.

Taking into account the changes made, the Board of Directors of Dosjan temir joly JSC consists of six persons.
