/KASE, November 21, 2025/ – On November 20, 2025, the Listing commission of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) decided to include bonds KZ2P00016017 (GLLKpp1; KZT 1,000, KZT 500.0 mln, 4.5 years; quarterly coupon, will be determined based on the results of the first successful bond offering; 30/360) of Garanti Leasing LLP (Astana) in KASE official list's "Private placement" market.

This decision of the Listing commission is effective as of November 21, 2025.
